Jake is Eight!

This weekend we had lot's of family in town because believe it or not, Jake turned 8 in July and was baptized on Saturday. Of course I wanted to post photos of the grand occasion, and wouldn't you know it...my camera wouldn't work...so I tried using my mom's, and hers wouldn't work either (and if any of you know mom/Margene, she just isn't Margene without a camera in her hand)! It was a tragedy until I realize Tim's mom has her camera and IT WORKED! Now I'll have to get the photos from her so I can post them. Mom finally realized her batteries were dead so she has millions of photos (and that's no exaggeration) that I'll need to get from her. My parents and Tim's parents were both able to come into town. We also had Danielle, Charlie & Cheryl, Eric & Sharla and their families (they both live in Reno), Laurie & Tim (From Danville CA area) and their daugher Meg from SLC. Cousins Hannah and Claire also came out with Tim's parents who drove from Salt Lake. It was a great weekend and went by way to fast. Many thanks go out to all of them for making the time to come into Reno and attend this great event for Jake! The baptism was wonderful and the song by the cousins angelic. Jake is such a sweet bot and we are proud of him and the decision he made to be baptized!
