UPDATE!!!! Appraisal came back today (Monday) at $410,000 so the sale should go through by May 31!
House Sale - Still waiting on the sale of our house to go through. The appraisal was done on Friday so we should know this week if it will happen. If the appraisal comes back close to our asking price then we will close on May 31 and as part of the deal live in the house rent free until we leave at the end of June!

Moving Plans - our moving van will arrive on June 26. It's a 28 foot trailer that we will load ourselves. We actually have hired some movers to put in the big stuff and pack the furniture so it's done the right way and hopefully make the trek to Arizona! Movers will pack the trailer on June 27th and then the cab will come on June 28th. Shauna is coming up on Wed June 26 to help me pack up and drive to Arizona with the boy on Friday/Saturday Jun 28-29. Tim is flying down on the 28th so the trip will be easier for him.
CHAD has decided to move with us! No reason for him to stay here in Reno when all the family will be in Az! So will be driving down with Shauna and me so that makes me feel safer!
Arizona - The boys, Chad and I will pull in into Az on Saturday June 29 and plan to stay at Shauna's until the moving truck shows up on July 2nd with our belongings! We will need lot's of help unloading! Will most likely rent for at least 6 months in Chandler area so we can decide where we want to live. However, the market is also going up FAST in Arizona so I don't want to wait to long if it means paying $50,000 more for a house!!
Jake's 7th Grade Band Trip - I went with Jake and his band to Vallejo Six Flags. We had a great time and the band won 1st place in the Middle School Band Category! We rode roller coasters, ate lot's of bad food, and relaxed on the nice charter buses....so glad we didn't have to take the school buses because my legs don't fit in those small seats!
